Jan Taug and Verna Allee led the group in a World Café process designed to enable everyone in the room to exchange ideas with everyone else. This process was created by Juanita Brown, who discovered that the best conversations occur in small groups. In the Th!nk World Café, almost 40 participants rotated among 10 four-person tables, carrying ideas from one table to the next. At each table, a recorder captured all of the ideas to report out to the entire group.
